Wizit Survey

Promoter

Credit Corp Financial Services Pty Limited trading as WizitMoney (ABN 39 146 525 706), Australian Credit Licence (400871), Lvl 15, 201 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the ‘Promoter’).

The Promotion

The Promoter is running a promotion where users who complete and successfully submit the feedback survey sent via email by the Promotor (the ‘Survey’) during the Promotion Period will go into the draw to win one of five Prezzee Smart eGift Cards valued at $100.00 each. The total prize pool is $500.00.

Promotion Period

The Promotion Period runs from 12:00am (Sydney time) 16 March 2026 and 11:59pm (Sydney time) 13 April 2026.

The Prize

1. 5 x $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Cards in a total prize pool of $500.
2. Each winner will win a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card.

Who can Enter

1. To be eligible for entry users must not have an active Wizit Product (WizitCard or PowerUp), and must meet all of the following criteria:
   • have started, but not submitted, an application for a Wizit Product between 1 December 2025 and the Promotion Period Start Date;
   • have received the survey invitation link via email directly from the Promoter;
   • 18 years of age or older; and
   • be resident in Australia
2. Credit Corp Group Limited (including related bodies corporate) employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the draw, eligible entrants must:

1. Access the Survey link via the email from the Promoter.
2. Complete and successfully submit the Survey and provide their up-to-date contact details at the end of the Survey during the promotional period.
3. Credit Corp will determine, at its sole discretion, which customers are eligible to enter the draw.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per eligible entrant.

Winner Selection and Dates

1. A manager of the Promoter will randomly select the winners via a computer-generated selection within 15 days of the end of the Promotion Period at Credit Corp’s Head Office: Level 15, 201 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
3. The winners’ first name, last name initial, state/territory and postcode will be published on the Wizit website within ten (10) business days of the draw.
4. Prezzee Smart eGift Cards will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address.
5. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the email address provided. If a prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the initial winner notification email is sent, a redraw will take place within 15 days of the end of that 3‑month period at Level 15, 201 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The redraw will be conducted by a manager of the Promoter using a computer‑generated random selection method.
6. A prize will be considered unclaimed if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond to the Promoter’s notification or take the steps required to receive the prize, within 3 months of the initial notification email being sent. After this time, the prize will be forfeited and a re‑draw will occur.

 General

1. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4. Prizes, including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
   1. to disqualify any entrant; or
   2. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
6. Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Promotion, contacting winners and publishing winner details. The handling of personal information for this Promotion will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Winners consent to the Promoter using their first name, last name initial, state/territory of residence, and postcode for the purpose of announcing the winners of the Promotion. This information may be published on the Promoter’s website and in associated winner announcements for up to 12 months. No other use of a winner’s image, voice, or likeness will occur without the winner’s explicit further consent.
8. The Promoter will also disclose the winner’s personal and contact information to Prezzee Pty Limited (‘Prezzee’) for the purpose of issuing the Prezzee Smart eGift Card. Prezzee is a third‑party provider and may disclose information about your use of the Gift Card to the Promoter. Details on participating retailers are available at www.prezzee.com.au.
