Apple Pay Promotion

1. A reference in these terms and conditions to ‘Wizit’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to Credit Corp Financial Services Pty Limited ABN 39 146 525 706, Australian Credit Licence 400871.
2. The Offer: Add your Wizitcard to your Apple Wallet or make a purchase using your Wizitcard via Apple Pay for the first time and have one month's Wizitcard fees waived valued at $19 (the "Discount").
3. This Offer is only available between 12:01AM (AEDT) 1 November 2023 and 11:59PM (AEST) 30 April 2024 (“Offer Period”).
4. To be eligible to receive this offer you must, during the Offer Period:

• be an Australian resident;
• be approved for Wizitcard;
• be using an Apple Wallet supported device;
• have been sent an email from Wizit notifying you of the offer and;
• added your Wizitcard to your Apple Wallet OR have made a purchase utilising Wizitcard via Apple Pay.

5. The Discount will be applied to the applicable Wizitcard account. All fees and charges associated with the Wizitcard product continue to as outlined in the Wizitcard Terms and Conditions.
6. The total benefit available under this ‘Offer’ is $19 per customer. (i.e. you can only redeem this Offer once).
7. This Offer is subject to your Wizitcard account (used to participate in the Offer) remaining open and being kept in good standing for at least four weeks after adding your Wizitcard to your Apple Wallet and/or making a purchase with Wizitcard using Apple Pay.
8. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. Should any transaction be cancelled, refunded, or varied in any manner, the discount will be adjusted in accordance with the cancellation, refund, or variation at our sole discretion, acting reasonably.
10. If at any time Wizit reasonably believes that you are engaging in this promotion through fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest actions or means, or you violate these, or your Wizit Account Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to block the release of any credit, reverse any discount from your Wizitcard purchase, or cancel or block your participation in the promotion and we have no obligation to provide reasons to you for our decision.
11. Users must have completed the items from the eligibility criteria by 30 April 2024 at 11:59PM (AEST) to be eligible to receive the Offer.
12. Apple Pay and Wallet app is provided by Apple. Full terms and conditions regarding Apple Pay can be found on the Wizitcard Apple Pay Terms and Conditions page.
13. All information is correct as at 11 October 2023 and is subject to change, any changes to these terms will be published on our website.
14. Wizit may at our discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.
15. Any decision concerning the promotion is at the sole discretion of Wizit and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer from Wizit or its related bodies corporate.
17. Failure by us to enforce any of our rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
