Wizitpay Discount Promotion - Terms and Conditions

  1. A reference in these terms and conditions to ‘Wizit’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to Credit Corp Financial Services Pty Limited ABN 39 146 525 706, Australian Credit Licence 400871.
  2. The Offer: Sign up for Wizit and spend $50.00 or more (“Minimum Spend”) on your first purchase using Wizitpay at any retailer accepting Wizitpay and use the selected promotion code to receive $20 off the purchase price (the “Discount”) applied to your first purchase.
  3. This Offer is only available between 12:01AM (AEST) Tuesday 1 October 2024 and 11:59PM (AEST) Thursday 31 October 2024 (“Offer Period”).
  4. To be eligible to receive this offer you must, during the Offer Period:
  • be a first time Wizitpay customer;
  • be an Australian resident;
  • spend the Minimum Spend or more on your first purchase using Wizitpay at any retailer accepting Wizitpay and;
  • use the Promotion Code “BARGAIN20” at the checkout.
  1. The Discount will be applied to the applicable purchase order for which the promotion code was entered. All fees and charges associated with the Wizitpay product continue to as outlined in the Wizitpay Terms and Conditions.
  2. The total benefit available under this ‘Offer’ is $20 per customer. (i.e. you can only redeem this Offer once).
  3. This Offer is subject to your Wizitpay account (used to participate in the Offer) remaining open and being kept in good standing for the duration of the Offer Period and until the final payment for the purchase has been received.
  4. The discount applied to your Wizitpay purchase will result in a reduction of the amount you owe to Wizit applicable to your first purchase only with the discount applied evenly across all 4 instalments for that purchase.
  5. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  6. Should any transaction be cancelled, refunded, or varied in any manner, the discount will be adjusted in accordance with the cancellation, refund, or variation at our sole discretion, acting reasonably.
  7. If at any time Wizit reasonably believes that you are engaging in this promotion through fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest actions or means, or you violate these, or your Wizitpay Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to block the release of any credit, reverse any discount from your Wizitpay purchase, or cancel or block your participation in the promotion and we have no obligation to provide reasons to you for our decision.
  8. All purchases are subject to Wizit’s credit approval criteria. We may decline your application for credit at our sole discretion. Where we decline your purchase, you will not be eligible to receive the Offer.
  9. All eligible purchases must be received and codes entered by Tuesday 1 October 2024 at 11:59PM (AEST) to be eligible to receive the Offer.
  10. All information is correct as at 24 September 2024 and is subject to change, any changes to these terms will be published on our website.
  11. Wizit may at our discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.
  12. Any decision concerning the promotion is at the sole discretion of Wizit and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer from Wizit or its related bodies corporate.
  14. Failure by us to enforce any of our rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
